38% Cinsault, 44% Grenache & 18% Mourvedre from the Barossa Valley. Vine Vale and Ebenezer.
Dry (actually) rosé direct pressed Grenache & Mourvedre and the Cinsault is left on skins for 12-24 hours. Turkish delight, vanilla, lychee and spice from the Cinsault, Rasberry, red apple skin and strawberry from the Grenache. Mouverdre brings a peach ice tea feeling with a lick of mulberry. Touch of amaro like spice and glazed citrus peel to finish off. CIAO!
